112年「Meet Taiwan Tech」影片競賽辦法
- 辦理目的:為鼓勵學生創作以臺科大之人、事、時、地、物為背景的影片,透過鏡頭拍攝專屬臺科的故事,期望透過不同樣貌的影像作品,留下台科人值得記憶的過去、現在或未來。
- 主辦單位:國立臺灣科技大學學生事務處。
- 參賽對象:本校學生;得以團體組或個人組隊報名參加。
- 參賽影片規格:
- 影片主題:不限主題,以了解臺科大為主,創作影片標題自訂之。
- 影片類型:不限於劇情片、紀錄片、動畫或任何影片類型。
- 拍攝地點:以臺科大校園為主,包括教室、實驗室、圖書館、社團、寢室、餐廳、球場、草地及走廊等等皆可。
- 影片長度:介於1分半-3分鐘內,可使用DV攝影機、數位相機、手機等任何影音器材拍攝及後製,或使用2D繪圖、3D動畫等任何多媒體形式創作亦可。
- 影片規格:影像尺寸大小不拘(以1920*1080為佳) ,並製作成影音格式(MPEG4、MOV、AVI、MPEGPS、WMV、FLV等檔案格式為主)。
- 攝影工具: 可使用DV攝影機、數位相機、手機等任何影音器材拍攝及後製,或使用2D繪圖、3D動畫等任何多媒體形式創作亦可。
- 收件時間:自公告日起至112年11月17日(五)下午5點止,逾時恕不收件。
- 報名表及授權同意書(如附件) 繳交至學務處活動組第21號櫃台。務必繳交紙本!
- 繳交方式:以光碟、外接硬碟方式,請繳至學務處學生活動組21號櫃臺。若無光碟/硬碟,影片檔案連結可用「google雲端分享」方式繳交至以下信箱taiwanpt11@ntust.edu.tw。
- 競賽獎金:第一名:30,000元、第二名:20,000元、第三名:10,000元、第四名:8,000元、優選獎*2名:5,000元,各獎項音樂若為原創且獲採用,獎金再加發3,000元,總獎金最高可達96,000元。若參選作品未符需求,獎項得以從缺。
- 評選方式
- 評選委員:由主辦單位邀請校內外師長專家共同評選。
- 評選標準:
- 主題傳達及流暢度(40%)。
- 內容構思及表現創新性(30%)。
- 拍攝及剪輯技巧(30%)。
- 參賽者應依照著作權法規範,作品中有利用他人著作或權利(包含肖像、文字、影像與聲音等)時,參賽者應取得該著作財產權人或權利人之同意或授權。
- 參賽者、得獎者若有作品不實、違反著作權法、違反本活動規定或其他法令者,應自負相關法律責任,主辦單位得取消其參賽或得獎資格,並移除上傳影片,並追回其已領取之獎金、獎狀。
- 參賽者同意得獎作品之所有智慧財產權歸由創作人及主辦單位所共有,應有部分各二分之一,並同意創作人與主辦單位各得單獨行使前述所有之著作財產權,所有得獎人均不得異議;得獎人同意對主辦單位不行使著作人格權,得不限地點、時間、次數、方式使用或授權第三人使用著作財產權,均不另予通知或致酬。
- 如有任何因電腦、網路等個人技術性或不可歸責於主辦單位之事由,而使參賽者所寄出或登錄之資料有延遲、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或毀損之情況,主辦單位不負任何法律責任,參賽者亦不得因此異議。
- 參賽相關報名資料及影片不論入選、得獎與否,概不退件。
- 參賽作品為原創作品,且未曾在其他公開競賽或徵選活動獲獎。
- 凡參賽即視為同意並遵循上述規定。

Participation Guidelines

- Objective: The objective of this video competition is to promote Taiwan Tech and showcase its unique features. Participants are encouraged to capture creative and lively videos that highlight various aspects of campus life and/or academic training at Taiwan Tech. By capturing these unique stories through the lens, we aim to preserve memories for the Taiwan Tech community while also raising awareness of Taiwan Tech globally.

- Target Group: All students enrolled at Taiwan Tech; individual or group participation is possibly
- Application information
4.1. Video Theme: There are no restrictions on the theme, but the focus should be on introducing and promoting Taiwan Tech. Participants can come up with their own video titles.
4.2. Video Genre: Participants are not limited to any specific genre. Drama, documentary, animation, or any other genre will be accepted.
4.3 Shooting Locations: The primary shooting locations should be within the Taiwan Tech campus, including classrooms, laboratories, the library, student club venues, dormitories, restaurants, outdoor areas and more.
4.4. The length of the video should be between and 1.5 minutes.
4.5. Preferred size:1920*1080; Preferred formats: MPEG4, MOV, AVI, MPEGPS, WMV, FLV. Other sizes and formats will also be accepted.
4.6. The video can be shot and post-produced with any audio-visual equipment such as DV cameras, digital cameras, cell phones, etc., or created in any multimedia format such as 2D graphics or 3D animation.

- Submission of the video file
(1) Please submit to the Student Activities Section of the Office of Student Affairs, Counter 21, by CD-ROM or external hard disk.
(2) If you are not able to submit the file on a CD-Rom or hard disk, you can use "google cloud sharing" and submit to the email-address taiwanpt11@ntust.edu.tw
(3) The application form and authorization form (as attached) has to be submitted to the Student Activities Section, Student Affairs Office, Counter 21. Only paper copies will be accepted!

- Deadline: From now until November 19, 112 (Mon) 5:00 pm Late submissions will not be accepted
- Prizes: 1st place: NTD 30,000, 2nd place: NTD 20,000, 3rd place: NTD 10,000, 4th place: NTD 8,000; Special Prizes (2 winners) NTD 5,0000;
If original (self-composed) music is adopted, the prize money will be further increased by $3,000, The total prize money can reach up to NTD 96,000. If none of the entries meets the quality standards, the awards will be withheld.
- Selection Method
(1) Panel members: Taiwan Tech faculty members will be the judges
(2) Selection criteria:
- Communication of the theme and fluency (the location of the shooting has to be Taiwan Tech campus): 40%
- Creativity (ingenuous ideas, strong presentation, innovative content): 30%
- Filming and acting skills (completeness of the video, filming and editing techniques): 30%

- Additional Provisions
- Entrants should follow the copyright law and obtain the consent or authorization of the copyright owner or right holder in case of utilizing the works or rights of others (including portraits, words, images and sounds).
- Entrants and winners, whose works are their own creations (不實), infringe copyrights or violate the regulations of this event or other laws and regulations, shall be held legally responsible. The organizer may disqualify their entries or awards, remove uploaded videos, and claim back the prizes and certificates they have received. [If participants or winners submit works that are false, violate copyright laws, violate the rules of this event, or any other laws, they shall bear the legal responsibilities. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify them from participating or receiving awards, remove the uploaded videos, and reclaim any received prize money or certificates .]
- Entrants agree that all intellectual property rights of the winning work shall be shared by the creator(s) and the organizer, each party being entitled to fifty percent. Entrants agree that the creator(s) and the organizer may each exercise all of the aforementioned intellectual property rights separately, without any objection raised by the winners.
- The organizer shall not be liable for any delay, loss, error, unrecognizability or damage of the data sent or registered by the entrant due to any personal technical reasons such as computer, internet problems or other reasons not attributable to the organizer, and the entrants shall not object to this.
- The entrants’ application information and the film will not be returned, regardless of whether they are selected or awarded.
- The entries have to be original works that have not won any awards in other public competitions or competitions.
- All entrants have to agree and comply with the above requirements.
