宿舍清舍檢查公告(期末)

【住宿生應於115年6月22日上午11:00前搬離或搬入暑期寢室】
（暑期寢室床位為空床位可於114年6月18日提前搬入）

• 注意事項

1. 提早退宿須先向樓長或宿管人員（後統稱檢查人員）完成檢查並於檢查表完成簽名。
   為確保權益，建議可自行將檢查項目完成整理後之現況照相存檔。
2. 最後一人離開時，須主動請檢查人員檢查公共區域。
   檢查若合格，由檢查人員簽名並將寢室上鎖；
   若不合格，須請同學完成整理，未完成複檢自行離去者，依規定扣全寢室違規項目保證金。
3. 請同學於115年6月22日上午1100時前搬離寢室，逾時搬離扣住宿保證金全額。
4. 22日下午2點將進行全體住宿生的清舍檢查，續住的床位也將檢查公共區域。若空床位有擺放物品而遭清除者，請自行負責。

• 檢查項目

1. 個人床位有雜物（含個人床墊、毛髮、吊繩等）或垃圾【扣200元】。
2. 個人內務櫃與公用櫃有雜物（包含衣架、沐浴用品等）或垃圾【扣200元】。
3. 個人書桌抽屜、書櫃、桌面及地面有雜物或垃圾【扣200元】。
4. 離開寢室前，同學須共同完成寢室內公共區域地面、陽台、窗台打掃與垃圾清理、寢室門框擦拭，若髒亂及留有垃圾未清，【每人扣200元】。
5. 若有張貼海報、掛勾或其他資料，應清除後將黏膠處理乾淨，檢查不合格，【每個扣200元】。
6. 寢室附有浴廁設施，未完成清潔整理，【每人扣500元】
   檢查標準：牆壁無皂垢、馬桶洗刷乾淨、洗臉台洗刷乾淨、地面洗刷乾淨、垃圾桶無垃圾、置物架無塵垢；洗臉台未清或堵塞，【每人扣200元】。
7. 學生一舍「2人與6人房鐵櫃層板5塊/4人房木櫃層板1塊、鐵櫃層板3塊」須放置原位，遺失層板【每塊扣200元】 。寢室成員應互相檢查數量，避免後續各自推託造成困擾。
   寢室冷氣遙控器遺失【每人扣300元】、循環扇遙控器遺失【每人扣300元】。
8. 未歸還寢室鑰匙，【扣200元】。

Student Dorm cleaning inspection Announcement for end semester

The last time of living in dorm 2026 spring is June 22, 2026 11:00 AM, resident should move to new bed as well.
【If new bed is empty, you are allowed to move earlier since June 18, 2026. 】

To all student:

1. Report to the Leader of the Floor or Dorm staff if you need to move out of the Dorm.
   We suggest you can take pictures as clean evidence.
2. When the last person of the room leaves, you should ask the Leader of the Floor to check the room. Else if any inspection detected, all student in room will be charged.
3. If you exceed the time limit to move, all deposit will be confiscated.
4. The cleaning inspection to all student will start at June 22, 14:00. If anything occupy the empty bed will be discarded.

Inspection checklist:

1. The bed is not clean and clear. ($200 NTD)
2. The cabinet is not empty or not clean. ($200 NTD)
3. The personal desk, closet and floor area are not clean and clear. ($200 NTD)
4. Before leaving Dorm, every member should clean the public area coordinate, including floor, balcony and windowsill. If not clean ($200 NTD each person).
5. Posters, hooks should be cleaned up. ($200 NTD each item).
6. If there’s bathroom in your room, you should clean it before leaving. If not clean ($500 NTD each person).
   If washbasin is not clean or stuck($200 NTD each person).
7. Dorm 1 [ Two- person and Six-person room personal cabinet shelf (5 pieces)] and [4-person room personal cabinet shelf (4 pieces) ] must be recovered ($200 NTD each piece).
   Lost air-conditioning remote control or fan remote control ($300 NTD each person).
8. Lose or unreturned the room key. ($200 NTD)
