依據菸害防制法規定，學校校園內及周邊無菸人行道嚴禁抽菸，違反規定者，處罰新台幣2000元以上10000元以下罰鍰。請各位同仁(學)自律，以避免影響他人權益，如有違犯，將予以登記或調閱監視器確認身分後移送臺北市衛生局處以罰鍰，亦歡迎任何人於發現違反規定者時，檢具證據(照片或影片)向學生事務處生活輔導組提出檢舉，檢舉電子郵件郵件信箱:hcheagle2@mail.ntust.edu.tw。

According to the Tobacco Hazard Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited on school campuses and surrounding smoke-free sidewalks. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000. Colleagues(Students) are requested to exercise self-discipline to avoid affecting the rights of others. Any violation will be recorded or the identity will be confirmed through surveillance cameras and then transferred to the Taipei City Health Bureau for fine. Anyone who finds a violator of the regulations is welcome to submit a report to the Student Affairs Office's Life Counseling Group with evidence (photos or videos).
