⚠️ 注意事項
- 活動為戶外舉辦，建議自備防蚊用品，避免蚊蟲叮咬。
- 服裝以輕便爲主，建議女生穿著長褲或可方便席地而坐的服裝
- 活動當天請準時到場，方便統一分組與準備。
- 若有特殊飲食需求（素食或過敏），請提前告知主辦單位。
- 記得帶著笑容與好心情來，月亮會幫你加持的！🌕✨

On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, we are delighted to invite you to join our BBQ Gathering. This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the festive season, enjoy delicious food, and strengthen friendships among fellow students.
📅 Date : Monday, October 6, 2025
🕖 Time : 16:30 – 20:00
16:30 Registration opens
17:00 – 20:00 BBQ Gathering...
20:00 – 20:30 Closing and dismissal
📍 Venue : Huazhong Campsite, Huazhong Riverside Park, Wanhua District, Taipei City
💰 Participation Fee :
Overseas Chinese students: NT$150
Foreign students: NT$300

‼️ Registration Deadline：Sunday, 28th September 2025 6 PM
⚠️ Important Notes
- As the event will be held outdoors, participants are advised to wear long sleeves and long pants to prevent mosquito bites.
- Comfortable and casual attire is recommended. For female participants, long pants or clothing suitable for sitting on the ground are suggested.
- Please arrive punctually to facilitate group organization and preparation.
- Students with special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian or allergies) should notify the organizers in advance.
- Kindly bring your enthusiasm and positive spirit to share in this festive gathering.
👉 Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
