注意事項：

1. 附檔內含第一、第二三兩頁工作表，附檔資訊含房號床號，請同學務必謹慎閱讀(備取後續將以學校信箱通知)；如公告後欲放棄者最遲須於 5 日內(10/5前)寄信給宿舍承辦人員，否則以退宿處理，一年內不得再申請宿舍。

The attached file contains two pages of worksheets for Dorm1and dorm 2.3 (please check the second page of the worksheet ), and the attached information includes the  the replacement status, so please read it carefully.  If you want to give up the dorm after the announcement, you must send a letter to the dorm manager within 5 days at the latest (before Octorber 5), otherwise you will be treated as a withdrawal and will not be allowed to apply for the dorm again within one year.

2.本次公告時已敘明，短期床位皆為境外生未報到釋出空床，參加抽籤者視同可接受與境外生同住，同學對分配床位室友國籍不得有異議，無特殊原因不開放調整床位。

Short-term accommodation is not open for bed adjustment.

3. 床位查詢：

4. 繳交宿費：

請於 10/2(五)上午 10：00 起開放繳費，請於入住前持繳費收據及學生證至各宿舍1樓管理中心完成驗證！繳費請至第一銀行系統學生繳費首頁：https://eschool.firstbank.com.tw/member/index.aspx，身分驗證碼為您的生日（共6碼）：西元年份末2碼＋月份2碼＋日期2碼（Ex：生日為2001年5月20日者，身分驗證碼請輸入：010520）

►短期住宿本國籍學生符合低收入戶或中低收入戶學生或現役軍人子女身分學生，每床補貼金額為5,250元(若高於應繳住宿費用，抵免全額住宿費)，請攜帶115年低收或中低收證明紙本或現役軍人眷屬身分證影本至學務處2號櫃台辦理繳費單補助金額修正後再繳費。

►欲放棄校內住宿補貼者請至學務處2號櫃台填寫放棄「大專院校學生校內住宿補貼」切結書，辦理繳費單補助金額修正後再繳費。

5.住宿期間 Period to Stay at Dorm：

自115年10月3日起始可入住（至116年1月中下旬），入住期間10月3日當日起一周內，若需開車載運住宿生物品，請由本校大門開車進入(敬請出示學生證並告知警衛先生宿舍搬遷)。

6.若同學未即時參加抽籤仍有住宿需求，請10月7日後親至學務處洽承辦人查詢登記。
