一、申請資格：

(一)符合資格：凡本校學位生（不含在職班及部份時間修課學生）（不限年級、不限國籍及戶籍地）未獲分配床位且一年內未曾遭退宿處分者，皆可參加。

(二)限制：本校學位生曾遭退宿處分或本學期已獲得宿舍床位，符合任一條件者不得申請本次短期床位遞補序號抽籤，請勿參加！（違者將取消登記資料，不予列入本次遞補序號抽籤名單）。

二、抽籤辦法：符合資格者須於規定時間內完成線上表單登記，線上登記時可選擇宿舍房型意願【只要新宿舍／只要舊宿舍／新舊皆可（新宿舍優先）／新舊皆可（舊宿舍優先）】，完成登記資料送出後，即不得更改，以電腦亂數抽籤方式抽出每人一組遞補序號，依據遞補序號由小至大依其登記意願分配宿舍及房型(原則由少人房型至多人房型分配;ex：一舍房型若有空床位先分配2人房、其次分配4人房、再其次分配6人房)。

※ 注意：短期床位多為境外新生及春季班預留空床，參加抽籤者須可接受與境外生同住，請審慎評估後再行申請。

三、登記時間：115年9月21日(一)上午10:00起至9月29日(二)上午1000前 完成表單登記，

四、公告時間：115年10月1日(四) 18:00前於學務處網頁／最新消息公告短期床位正備取名單（含抽籤遞補順位）、繳費方式與入住資訊。中籤後若無故放棄，將限制一年不得參加宿舍登記。

五、住宿期間：

至 115學年度第一學期止（即115年10月3日起至116年1月中下旬）

六、房型價格：依房型不同，價格請參照https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/405-1053-82135,c8416.php?Lang=zh-tw

1.以上費用需另加 1600 元住宿保證金及宿舍網路費。

2.住宿費、宿舍網路費及本國籍學生住宿補助依可住宿時間比例扣減ex:10月3日起入住可扣減補助3750元(15周）

NTUST 115 School Year (fall semester):

Drawing Lottery for Dorm Short-time Stay

A. Qualification: All students except for those who have been assigned a dorm bed or  part-time students in the fall semester of the 115 school year.

Note: If you have been assigned a bed or have been expelled from dorm, please DON’T apply to be put on the waiting list (If you still register, your name will be deleted).

B. Application Process:

1. Lottery rules: Qualified applicants must complete the online form registration within the specified time. When registering online, you can choose the willing of dorm room type【Only the new dorm／Only the old dorm／Both new and old dorm(priority: New dorm)／Both new and old dorm(priority: Old dorm)】. After the registration is all completed and the data has been sent , it must not be changed. A lottery numbers will be drawn out for each applicant by computer random lottery, and then the dorm room types will be allocated according to the applicant’s lottery number from small to large according to their registered willing of dorm room type.
2. Application period: Please finish the registration of the online form between 10:00a.m. September 21, 2026 (Mon.) and 10:00a.m., September 29, 2026 (Tue.), link: https://forms.gle/5Tn5huDGZ8qZmvLZA (Please keep a screenshot of the completed page for future reference when the form is filled in, just in case). Those who are late will not be able to participate in the lottery and will be added directly to the lottery list.
3. The final list and all the information you need including when to pay, how to pay, and how to check in will be announced before 18:00, October 1 , 2026(Thu.) in “News” on the Office of Student Affairs website.

4.If you give up without reason after winning the lottery, you will be restricted from participating in the dormitory registration for one year.

C. Period to Stay at Dorm:

     The fall semester of the 115 school year【from October 3, 2026 to the end of January, 2027】(The check-out process will be announced separately then.).
