To provide a cleaner, more comfortable cooking environment and effectively prevent pests, we will conduct a thorough cleaning of the pot room on Oct. 16th.
Our dormitory is a shared multicultural space, and many students rely on the kitchen. To maximize our storage space and ensure everyone's convenience, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
1. Temporary Removal & Return: On October 16th, all items in the pot room will be temporarily moved outside the kitchen. Once the cleaning is completed, please return your personal cookware to the pot room by Oct. 23rd.
2. Unclaimed Items: To free up space for everyone, any cookware left unclaimed after Oct. 23rd will be disposed of by the university. To avoid misunderstandings, please do not take items that do not belong to you.
3. Hygiene Rules: To maintain a clean environment, only "properly washed cookware" and "tightly sealed condiments" may be stored in the pot room moving forward.

為提供大家更衛生、舒適的烹飪環境，並有效防範蟑鼠滋生，預計於 10月16日 進行鍋具室的全面清潔與整理。
宿舍是多元文化共融的公共空間，考量到許多同學都有使用廚房的需求，為了讓收納空間發揮最大效益，請大家協助配合以下事項：
1. 10/16 清潔當天，鍋具室的物品將暫時移至廚房外。清潔完畢後，請於 10/23 前 將您的個人鍋具放回鍋具室。
2. 為釋放更多空間供大家使用，10/23 後仍未領回的鍋具將由校方統一處理。為避免誤會與爭議，請勿拿取非個人所屬的物品。
3. 為維持環境整潔，未來鍋具室僅限存放「已清洗乾淨的鍋具」及「確實妥善密封的調味料」。
