暨寧靜寢室申請辦法

Apply for Requesting Dorm Roommatesor the "Quiet Dorm Room"

• 壹、申請資格：參加111學年度第一宿舍登記抽籤（含第三宿舍女生60床）獲正取（或遞補錄取）學生，包含優先保障、碩二登記、大二到大四抽籤及第三宿舍60名女生；若經查任一組隊成員不具正取（或遞補錄取）資格者，則該筆申請作廢。

• 貳、申請期間：申請人（請由一名代表）於5月25日(三)至 6月6日(一) 17:00止填寫表單：https://forms.gle/YXEixoMhyYuT9mDD9，逾期不再受理！Please submit the form before 17:00, June 6th.

• 參、申請組隊同住注意事項Precautions for Requesting Dorm Roommates：
  • 一、請依互換後房型名單（5月18日(三)公告於學務處網站：https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1053-101492,r1436.php?Lang=zh-tw）之房型結果申請組隊同住，若經查資料有誤，則該筆申請作廢。Please check your room type at the website (https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1053-101492,r1436.php?Lang=zh-tw) before you apply.
  • 二、組隊室友皆須為相同性別且獲分配相同宿舍別及房型。All of the requested roommates should be not only same gender but also at the same dorm room type.
  • 三、組隊時需剛好找滿房型人數，意即：二人房必須找滿2位室友、四人房必須找滿4位室友、六人房必須找滿6位室友；室友人數超過或不足者皆不得申請。It is necessary for students to find exactly the number of roommates, those with more or less roommates are not allowed to apply.
  • 四、每人僅限申請一次，不得重複組隊！（若經查有資料重複者，將刪除整筆申請）。One person can only be in one application. The applications with repeated member are not allowed! (The entire application will be deleted.)
  • 五、若有資料誤植，請於截止期限前主動聯繫 (02) 2737-6134 蔡先生協助修改；超過截止期限後經查登記資料不實者將取消申請資格，請特別注意！If there is any mistyped information, please contact Mr. Tsai at (02) 2737-6134 before the deadline; If the registration information is found to be false after the deadline, the application qualification will be cancelled, please pay special attention!
  • 六、未申請組隊同住者，將由系統分配床位（原則上將依照性別、國籍、學號等欄位依序分配）。Students who have not requested roommates will be allocated beds by the system (according to their gender, nationality, student number, etc.).

• 肆、申請寧靜寢室注意事項Precautions for applying Quiet Dorm Room：

• 一、申請寧靜寢室者不得參加上述組隊同住，將由系統統一安排寧靜寢室床位。Students who apply for the Quiet Dorm Room are not allowed to Requesting Dorm Roommates.
• 二、欲申請者請先詳閱本校寧靜寢室住宿生活公約（公告連結：https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1053-89841,r1436.php?Lang=zh-tw），申請即視同您已熟知並願意遵守相關規定。Please read the Quiet Dorm Room Living Convention (https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1053-89841,r1436.php?Lang=zh-tw) before you apply.
• 三、未申請寧靜寢室者，將由系統分配至一般寢室（原則上將依照性別、國籍、學號等欄位依序分配），各寢室內室友可自行協議生活公約。Students who have not apply for the "Quiet Dorm Room" will be allocated beds by the system to a normal room(according to their gender, nationality, student number, etc.).

• 伍、其他注意事項：

• 一、各項作業流程因故延宕或變更時，學務處有權修訂或補充公告，相關變更將於學生事務處網頁/最新消息公告說明。Updates regarding the dormitory will be posted on the website of the Office of Student Affairs.
