因應疫情嚴峻，為減少人員移動及接觸，將採用無效期、餘額可分次使用之「統一超商虛擬商品卡」，取代實體禮券發放，預計7/24前系統以簡訊發送至填寫問券時留下之手機號碼，憑條碼至超商進行消費。

• 陸生：繳交20%現金、學生證、copy大陸居民往來台灣通行證或出入境許可證
• 外籍生：繳交20%現金、學生證、copy居留證(ARC)

Congratulations to the following winners.

• If the person who is non-resident of the Republic of China, regardless of the amount of the winner, the tax will be withheld for the winning income.
• The rate of “Income from Contests and Games and from Prizes and Awards Won by Chance” is 20%.
