學生宿舍退宿暨清舍檢查公告(暑期)

依學生宿舍管理辦法第三十四條辦理,經學生宿舍自治幹部會議通過後公告。

  • 退宿檢查注意事項
  1. 檢查結果QRcode

    退宿應經宿管人員或學生幹部完成檢查,不檢查離開視為逾期退宿。
    為避免後續爭議,建議拍照存證,並自行查看表單確認檢查結果
  2. 檢查開放時間為每天上午8點至下午9點,若需要在特別時間檢查,應提前於開放時間向宿管或樓長預約,並將大型行李寄放在一樓宿管,避免推車聲音影響住宿生。
  3. 每人退宿都會檢查公共區域
    若不合格,扣除個人保證金,惟管線堵塞及遺失遙控器扣全寢室保證金。
  4. 丟棄彈簧床墊旋轉椅等大廢棄物,由於回收場不收,每個酌收額外清運費300元現金,或自保證金扣除。
  5. 請於115年8月24日上午11時前搬離寢室,否則為逾期退宿,扣全額住宿保證金。
    若搬過去的床位還沒搬走又即將超時,請先打包好放在搬去的寢室外走廊,避免爭議。
    若搬過去的床位為空床位,可提前於8月20日搬入。
  • 清舍檢查注意事項
  1. 115年8月24日下午2點至5點將進行全棟宿生的清舍檢查,續住床位也會檢查公共區域。
  2. 寢室內浴室物品,請暫時放回個人床位,避免檢查爭議。
  3. 空床位請勿放置物品,霸佔床位為違規退宿的嚴重行為;擺放物品而遭清除者,請自行負責。
  • 檢查項目
  1. 個人區域
    1. 床位有雜物(含個人床墊、毛髮、吊繩等)或垃圾【扣200元】。
    2. 內務櫃與公用櫃有雜物(包含衣架、沐浴用品等)或垃圾【扣200元】。
    3. 書桌抽屜、書櫃、桌面及地面有雜物或垃圾【扣200元】。
    4. 張貼海報、掛勾或其他資料,應清除後將黏膠處理乾淨,不論是否入住就有。
      檢查不合格【每個扣200元】。
    5. 未歸還寢室鑰匙【扣200元】。
    6. 學生一舍「2人與6人房鐵櫃層板5塊/4人房木櫃層板1塊、鐵櫃層板3塊」須放置原位,遺失層板【每塊扣200元】。寢室成員應互相檢查數量,避免後續各自推託造成困擾。
    7. 學生一舍非浴室之獨立洗手台未清【扣200元】。
  2. 公共區域
    1. 地面、陽台、窗台打掃乾淨;擦拭寢室門框。若髒亂及留有垃圾【扣200元】。
    2. 寢室內浴廁,未完成清潔有垃圾、汙垢或發霉【扣500元】
      檢查標準:牆壁、地面、洗臉台、馬桶、置物架、天花板,無皂垢、發霉、灰塵、垃圾。
  3. 其他項目
    1. 冷氣遙控器遺失【每人扣300元】。
    2. 循環扇遙控器遺失【每人扣300元】。
    3. 地板、馬桶、洗手台管線堵塞【每人扣200元】。

 

Student Dorm Check-out and Cleaning Inspection Announcement for Summer

According to dorm regulations article 34, announce after pass through the dorm student leader meeting.

Check-out notice:

  1. Report and check by the student leader or dorm staff when you move out the dorm. Leave without checking will lead to expropriate the deposit.
    We suggest you should take pictures as clean evidence, and check the result list in QRcode.
  2. Available time for check-out is from 8:00~21:00. If you have personal request, you should reserve the check-out time to student leader or dorm staff and put the luggage to the first floor desk, in order not to disturb the sleeping student.
  3. Each check-out process includes public area. Your deposit will be deducted if failing the check. Only the pipeline blockage and lost the room controller will deduct the deposit from all room member.
  4. Discarding the spring mattress and swivel chair that our school landfill cannot deal with will lead to $300 NTD process fee in cash or deduct the deposit.
  5. You should check-out before August 24, 11:00 noon if you’re not allowed to stay in dorm, or will lead to expropriate the deposit and violate the dorm regulation.
    If it’s close to the deadline and the bed you should move in to is still occupied, you should pack your item to the hallway and seek the student leader or dorm staff to help you.
    If your new bed is empty, you may move to new bed since August 20.

Cleaning Inspection notice:

  1. The cleaning inspection to all student will start at August 24, 14:00 to 17:00.
  2. Personal cleaning stuff in bathroom and washbasin should take back temporary before inspection.
  3. The empty bed should remain empty, if anything occupied will be discarded.

Inspection checklist:

  1. Personal Area
    1. The bed is not clean and clear. ($200 NTD)
    2. The cabinet is not empty or not clean. ($200 NTD)
    3. The personal desk, closet and floor area are not clean and clear. ($200 NTD)
    4. Posters, hooks should be cleaned up. ($200 NTD each item).
    5. Lose or unreturned the room key. ($200 NTD)
    6. Dorm 1 [ Two- person and Six-person room personal cabinet shelf (5 pieces)] and [4-person room personal cabinet shelf (4 pieces) ] must be recovered ($200 NTD each piece).
      Lost air-conditioning remote control or fan remote control ($300 NTD each person).
    7. Dorm 1 the washbasin not belongs to the bathroom is not clean. ($200 NTD)Public Area
    1. Floor, balcony, windowsill and door frame. If not clean ($200 NTD).
    2. If there’s bathroom in your room, you should clean it before leaving. If not clean ($500 NTD).
      The wall, floor, washbasin, toilet, shelf and celling in the bathroom is clean without dirt, dust, mold or trash.
  1. Other
    1. Air conditioning controller lost. ($300 NTD for each room member)
    2. Fan controller lost. ($300 NTD for each room member)
    3. The pipeline of floor, washbasin and toilet get stuck. ($200 NTD for each room member)
