壹、獲分配房型名單：
房型名單如附加檔案(檔案內包含碩士與大學男生、女生4張工作表），因房型人數計算係由人工方式處理【第一宿舍各類房型與床位分配數量將以碩士班登記申請人數與大二至大四登記申請人數按比例分配~抄錄自碩士與大學部登記宿舍辦法公告內容】，若後續因故須調整房型，將由抽籤序號最後一號後往前調整，屆時請同學配合辦理Please check your dorm room type with the attachment below.

注意事項:
若您不申請組隊或不申請寧靜寢室，以下說明您可以忽略，未申請組隊同住或寧靜寢室者，將由系統分配床位（原則將參照性別、國籍、學號等資訊分配）。
Note ：If you do not apply for a team or a quiet dormitory, you can ignore the following instructions. Students who have not requested roommates or quiet dorm room  will be allocated beds by the system (according to their gender, department, student number, etc.).

貳、組隊同住與寧靜寢室申請 Apply for Requesting Dorm Roommate & Quiet Dorm Room：

  一、申請資格：
115學年度碩二登記、大二到大四第一宿舍登記抽籤（含第三宿舍）獲正取（或備取轉正取）同學，可參加組隊或寧靜寢室申請。
Eligibility: Students who have been admitted to the first dormitory and get lottery (including r 3rd dormitory) in the 115th academic year.

  二、申請時間：
115年5月20日1000時起 至 5月27日 1700時止，逾期不再受理！
Application Period:  Applicants (please login here and  enter the personal codes who gets same room type) should register in the student Dorm system from May 20 10:00 to May 27 17:00, Applications filed beyond the aforesaid time limit shall not be accepted.

  三、如何申請組隊 How to Request a Roommate :

   (一)組隊同住:
由申請人（請由一名代表於學生宿舍系統登記線上登記並輸入其他同房型之個人代碼），進入學生宿舍系統 https://sa.ntust.edu.tw/Dorm/ 。(與學籍系統同帳號密碼；申請步驟說明:  請先登入-> 申請 ->申請結果(可查詢自記授權碼) ->室友登記-> 輸入自己+其他室友個人授權碼與學號)
Request a Roommate: Student dormitory system https://sa.ntust.edu.tw/Dorm/。 (Same as Academic Information Systems Portal；: Login in ->  application -> Roommate application Registration for roommates-> enter all roommates  student Id & Authorization code )

   (二)注意事項Precautions for Requesting Dorm Roommates：

      (1)組隊室友皆須為相同性別且獲分配相同宿舍別及相同房型。
All of the requested roommates should be not only same gender but also at the same dorm room type.

      (2)組隊時須找滿房型人數(例如二人房必須找滿2位室友、四人房必須找滿4位室友、六人房必須找滿6位室友)；組隊室友人數超過或不足者皆不得申請。
It is necessary for students to find exactly the number of roommates, those with more or less roommates are not allowed to apply.

 四、如何申請靜寢室How to Request Quiet Dorm Room :

   (一)寧靜寢室Quiet Dorm Room :
       請填寫Google 表單 https://forms.gle/z1k1wNfgCqEDZ1Da8。       

   (二)申請寧靜寢室注意事項Precautions for applying Quiet Dorm Room：

      (1)欲申請者請先詳閱本校寧靜寢室住宿生活公約（公告連結：https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1053-89841,r1436.php?Lang=zh-tw），申請即視同您已熟知並願意遵守相關規定。Please read the Quiet Dorm Room Living Convention (https://student.ntust.edu.tw/p/406-1053-89841,r1436.php?Lang=zh-tw) before you apply.

      (2)寧靜寢室僅提供個人申請，申請組隊者請勿填寫表單。 Quiet Dorm Room is only for personal, please don't apply that if you would like request Dorm Roommates

      (3)寧靜寢室各房型申請人數若無法達到最低房型人數(例如兩人房住須滿2人；4人房至少需住滿3人；6人房至少需住滿4人)則無法安排寧靜寢室。申請各房型寧靜寢室同學將依亂數排序(由亂數小至大排序)，若排序在後面且人數無法滿足前述規則，則安排至一般房型，同學不得異議。

         If the number of applicants for each room type of the Quiet Dormitory cannot meet the minimum number of people for each room type (for example, a two-person room must be occupied by 2 people; a four-person room must be occupied by at least 3 people; a six-person room must be occupied by at least 4 people), then the Quiet Dormitory cannot be arranged. Students who apply for each room type of the Quiet Dormitory will be sorted by random number (from small to large random number). If the ranking is at the back and the number of people cannot meet the above rules, they will be arranged to a general room type, and students cannot object.

參、其他注意事項：

   一、各項作業流程因故延宕或變更時，學務處可修訂或補充公告，相關變更將於 學生事務處網頁/學生宿舍公告 說明。Updates regarding the dormitory will be posted on the website of the Office of Student Affairs.

   二、同學若要放棄床位請EMAIL給承辦人，主旨註明學號、姓名、我要放棄床位，例如「B1140XXXX 朱OO 我要放棄床位」，以利承辦人儘速通知下一位備取同學。 If you want to give up the reserve qualification, please email the organizer.

  三、私自頂讓床位者與接受頂讓床位者，將依規定退宿外，另加記小過乙次且於在學期間不得再申請宿舍，請同學自重。
