一、申請資格：

(一)符合資格：凡本校學位生（不含在職班及部份時間修課學生）（不限年級、不限國籍及戶籍地）未獲分配床位且一年內未曾遭退宿處分者，皆可參加。

(二)限制：本校學位生已獲得宿舍床位或曾遭退宿處分，符合任一條件者不得申請本次短期床位遞補序號抽籤，請勿參加！（違者將取消登記資料，不予列入本次遞補序號抽籤名單）。

二、抽籤辦法及注意事項：

(一)抽籤辦法：符合資格者須於規定時間內完成線上表單登記，線上登記時可選擇宿舍房型意願【只要新宿舍／只要舊宿舍／新舊皆可（新宿舍優先）／新舊皆可（舊宿舍優先）】，完成登記資料送出後，即不得更改，以電腦亂數抽籤方式抽出每人一組遞補序號，遂依據登記者遞補序號由小至大依其登記意願分配宿舍房型。

※ 注意：短期床位皆為境外新生未報到釋出空床，參加抽籤者須可接受與境外生同住，請審慎評估後再行申請。

(二)登記時間：114年9月15日(一)上午10:00起至9月23日(二)上午1000前 完成表單登記，網址：https://forms.gle/5Tn5huDGZ8qZmvLZA(請於表單填寫完成時截圖完成頁面留存備查，以防萬一。），逾時將無法參加抽籤，直接補在抽籤名單之後。 

(三)公告時間：114年9月25日(四) 17:00前於學務處網頁／學生宿舍公告短期床位正備取名單（含抽籤遞補順位）、繳費方式與入住資訊。

(四)中籤後若無故放棄，將限制一年不得參加宿舍登記。

三、住宿期間：

至 114學年度第一學期止（即114年9月27日起(更正)至115年1月中下旬）

※115年 1 月退宿流程及相關注意事項另行公告。

四、房型價錢：（自10月起算，僅收16週）

第一宿舍六人雅房（房內無衛浴，使用公共衛浴）：10,160 元

第二宿舍六人雅房（房內無衛浴，使用公共衛浴）：5,360 元

第三宿舍六人套房（房內有衛浴，同寢自行維護）：5,600 元

（以上費用已包含宿舍網路費；需另加 800 元住宿保證金）(本國籍學生住宿補助依比例扣減，ex：10月1日起可扣減補助4000元)

NTUST 114 School Year (fall semester):

Drawing Lottery for Dorm Short-time Stay

A. Qualification: All students except for those who have been assigned a dorm bed or  part-time students in the fall semester of the 114 school year.

Note: If you have been assigned a bed or have been expelled from dorm, please DON’T apply to be put on the waiting list (If you still register, your name will be deleted).

B. Application Process:

1. Lottery rules: Qualified applicants must complete the online form registration within the specified time. When registering online, you can choose the willing of dorm room type【Only the new dorm／Only the old dorm／Both new and old dorm(priority: New dorm)／Both new and old dorm(priority: Old dorm)】. After the registration is all completed and the data has been sent , it must not be changed. A lottery numbers will be drawn out for each applicant by computer random lottery, and then the dorm room types will be allocated according to the applicant’s lottery number from small to large according to their registered willing of dorm room type.
2. Application period: Please finish the registration of the online form between 10:00a.m. September 15, 2025 (Mon.) and 10:00a.m., September 23, 2025 (Tue.), link: https://forms.gle/5Tn5huDGZ8qZmvLZA (Please keep a screenshot of the completed page for future reference when the form is filled in, just in case). Those who are late will not be able to participate in the lottery and will be added directly to the lottery list.
3. The final list and all the information you need including when to pay, how to pay, and how to check in will be announced before 17:00, September 25, 2025 (Thu.) in “News” on the Office of Student Affairs website.

4.If you give up without reason after winning the lottery, you will be restricted from participating in the dormitory registration for one year.

C. Period to Stay at Dorm:

     The fall semester of the 114 school year【from September 27, 2025 to the end of January, 2025】(The check-out process will be announced separately then.).

D. Room Type and Price: (Calculated from October, only 4 months)

New Dorm (First Dorm) Six-people room (public bathroom): NTD 10,160.

Old Dorm (Second Dorm for Male) Six-people room (public bathroom): NTD 5,360.

Old Dorm (Third Dorm for Female) Six-person suite (private bathroom): NTD 5,600.

(The above fees have included dorm internet fees; an additional NTD 800 deposit is required)

E. If there is any delay in the application process, it will be announced in “News” on the Office of Student Affairs website.
