  • 目的:

簡訊/貼圖是現代人們的溝通表達方式之一,運用精簡文字或貼圖來傳情達意,可為我們的生活觸動新意與趣味,讓人意猶未盡或會心一笑。本活動期徵集巧趣的簡訊或貼圖,讓臺科同學們展現創意活力,一同歡慶臺50周年校慶!

  • 競賽主題:臺科50周年校慶
  • 徵件對象:本校在學學生。
  • 競賽類別:
  • 簡訊組】徵件規定

1.簡訊內容字數最多50個字(不含標點符號),以電腦系統計算為主。中英文不限,中文須用繁體中文(英文以單字為準)。

2.參賽者自由以單向/對話訊息形式創作,內容需要方便閱讀、活潑有趣。每位參賽者總投稿數量不限。

  • 【貼圖組】徵件規定
  1. 創作類型下列擇一即可:靜態貼圖、動態貼圖(請注意隨你填貼圖、訊息貼圖、含有姓名或個人照片的貼圖或表情貼恕無法參加本活動)。
  2. 每人投稿件數不限,但同一設計概念衍生之系列作品視為一件若是團體報名每個小組可共用一個帳號上傳作品
  3. 參賽作品畫風不限,惟需符合貼圖之呈現。
  4. 貼圖數量至少8張,其中一張必須針對臺科50周年校慶所設計。規格如下:

  1. 每張圖片的檔案大小須小於 1MB若要將所有圖片壓縮為 1 ZIP 檔上傳時,ZIP 檔須小於 20MB
  2. 圖片需去背透明處理,且要去背乾淨,不能有小雜點。

  • 收件日期:即日起至2024122日晚上23:59止。依主辦單位系統收到記錄時間為準,逾期恕不受理;避免最後一刻網路擁塞,請即早投稿。
  • 送件及報名方式:於主辦單位活動網頁上傳簡訊/貼圖作品及填寫報名資料。
  • 主辦單位:學生事務處。
  • 評審與評分:
  • 由主辦單位邀集校內外教師或專家學者進行評分。
  • 評分標準

1.簡訊組】 文筆流暢簡潔度(30%),原創性(30%)幽默感(20%)共鳴度(20%)

2.貼圖組】 主題性(30%)整體印象(30%)趣味性(20%)實用性20%)

  • 得獎公布日期:202412 18 日。
  • 獎項及獎金

簡訊組及貼圖組各頒發獎金如下:

  • 簡訊組】1名獎金5,000元整。第2名獎金4,000元整。第3名獎金3,000元整。佳作200名,每名獎金200元整。
  • 貼圖組】1名獎金10,000元整。第2名獎金9,000元整。第3名獎金8,000元整。佳作50名,每名獎金500元整。
  • 注意事項與聲明:
  • 簡訊/貼圖內容須為原創,必須未與過往發表之貼圖內容重複,且無侵害他人著作財產權或其他權利或違反法律規定之情事。如有違反,經查證屬實,已獲獎者,主辦單位得取消獲獎資格並追回已頒發之獎金。若造成第三者之權益損失,參賽者或團隊應自負一切法律責任。而主辦單位有權決定是否予以遞補。
  • 作品不得涉有謾罵、毀謗、汙衊色情、暴力、仇恨、歧視與人身攻擊等不良內容。如有違反,經查證屬實,將喪失參賽資格。
  • 若經主辦單位及評審認定參賽作品未依本競賽規定進行投稿、有未完成語句、文句語意不清、未能辨意等,該參賽作品視同不符合參賽資格,參賽者不得異議。作品內容不得有任何暗示參賽者身份之註記。
  • 為符合評選公平原則,參賽者送出作品後,投稿作品不得重新編輯、修改、刪除,倘主辦單位認定同一參賽者就同一參賽作品重複投遞,主辦單位僅留存第一次投稿做為參賽作品。
  • 倘評審認為參賽作品均未達水準,評審得決定該獎項從缺或不足額入選。
  • 得獎作品之著作人格權及著作財產權及各項權利均歸屬主辦單位所有,主辦單位可不限地域、時間、次數和方式自由利用,包括公開展示等之權利。此外保有對於得獎作品之修改權,得獎人不得異議,惟貼圖參賽人亦可持作品至Line貼圖區販售。

Taiwan Tech 50th Anniversary Text/Sticker Design Competition Guidelines

1. Objective

Text messages and stickers have become a popular way for people to communicate today. Through short messages or fun stickers, we can express emotions and ideas, bringing a fresh and playful touch to everyday life. They often leave a lasting impression or bring a smile to someone's face. This competition invites Taiwan Tech students to showcase their creativity and share clever and entertaining messages or stickers as we celebrate Taiwan Tech's 50th anniversary together!

4. Competition Categories

(1) Text Messages: Submission Guidelines

  1. The text message content must be no more than 50 characters (excluding punctuation), with computer-based character counting Both Chinese and English are accepted. Chinese submissions must use Traditional Chinese characters (English is counted by words).
  2. Participants are free to create messages in either single or dialogue form. The content should be easy to read, lively, and engaging. There is no limit to the total number of submissions per participant .

(2) Stickers: Submission Guidelines

  1. You may choose stickers or animated stickers (Fill-in-the-blank stickers, message stickers, and stickers or emojis containing personal names or photos are not allowed in this competition).
  2. There is no limit to the number of submissions per person, but a series of works derived from the same design concept will be considered as one submission. For group entries, each team may share one account to upload their work.
  3. There are no restrictions on the artistic style, but the design must be suitable for sticker format.
  4. A minimum of 8 stickers is required, with at least one sticker specifically designed to celebrate Taiwan Tech's 50th anniversary.

  1. Each image file must be smaller than 1MB. If all images are compressed into a single ZIP file for upload, the ZIP file must be smaller than 20MB.
  2. The images must have a transparent, clean background, free of any small specks or imperfections

6. Submission Deadline: From now until December 2, 2024, at 23:59. The submission time will be based on the records from the organizer's system, and late submissions will not be accepted. To avoid last-minute network congestion, please submit your entries early.

7. Submission and Registration Method: Upload your text message/sticker creations and complete the registration information on the organizer's event webpage.

8. Organizer: Office of Student Affairs.

9. Judges and Evaluation

(1) Evaluation will be conducted by invited teachers or experts from both inside and outside the university.

(2) Criteria: 

  1. Text Messages: Fluency and conciseness (30%), originality (30%), humor (20%), relatability (20%)
  2. Stickers: Thematic relevance (30%), overall impression (30%), fun factor (20%), practicality  (20%)

  2. Prizes and Awards 

Cash prizes will be awarded for both the Text Message and Sticker categories as follows:

(1) Text Messages:

1st Place: NT$5,000 

2nd Place: NT$4,000 

3rd Place: NT$3,000 

Honorable Mentions: 200 entries, each receiving NT$200
 

(2) Stickers: 

1st Place: NT$10,000 

2nd Place: NT$9,000 

3rd Place: NT$8,000 

Honorable Mentions: 50 entries, each receiving NT$500
 

12. Notes and Disclaimer:

  1. The content of the text messages/stickers must be original and must not duplicate any previously published content. It must not infringe on others' copyright or other rights, nor violate any legal regulations. If any violations are confirmed, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the awardee and reclaim any prizes awarded. In case of losses of third party's rights and interests, the participant or team shall be responsible for all legal liabilities. The Organizer reserves the right to decide whether or not to make up for the loss.

(2) Entries must not contain any abusive, defamatory, slanderous, pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory or personal attacks. If any violation is confirmed, the entry will be disqualified.

(3) If the organizer and judges determine that a submission does not comply with the competition rules, contains incomplete sentences, unclear meanings, or is otherwise unintelligible, that submission will be considered ineligible, and the participant cannot contest this decision. The content of the work must not include any indications that reveal the identity of the participant.

(4) To ensure fairness in the evaluation process, once participants submit their works, they cannot be edited, modified, or deleted. If the organizer determines that the same participant has submitted multiple entries for the same work, only the first submission will be considered as the official entry.

(5) If the judges determine that none of the submissions meet the required standards, they may decide to withhold the award or to select fewer entries than originally planned.

(6) The moral rights and copyright, as well as all associated rights of the winning works, shall belong to the organizer. The organizer may utilize these rights freely, without restrictions on location, time, frequency, or manner, including the right to publicly display the works. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right to modify the winning works, and the awardees cannot contest this. However, participants in the sticker category may also sell their works in the Line sticker store.

(7) For any matters not covered in this event, the organizer reserves the right to make modifications, additions, and final interpretations.
